Water base ink is one kind of Eco-friendly printing ink for PVC films. It is low VOC with 90% + flame retardant rate, and makes the grain more real and clear.
As the surface of the furnishing material, it is required to be flame retardant, and our products meet the UL94-2013 Rev.9-2018, and the result of the test is VTM-0. That means we pass the highest level of flame retardant.
It is based on the content of the plasticizer, 0%-4% is called rigid film, and 4%-15% is called semi-rigid film.
It is one kind of decorative film, it is printed with water-base ink and it could be used on the membrane vacuum pressing machine.
