UV barrier properties of PVC film
Make sure that the amount of slurry added is unchanged at 1.3%, change the content of dispersant K-61 in the slurry and the grinding time according to Table 1, and study the effect of the amount of dispersant and grinding time on the UV blocking rate of the PVC film. The results are shown in Figure 2. Show.
For the 1#~4# slurry with a grinding time of 72h, as the content of dispersant increases, the coating on the surface of cesium tungsten bronze increases, the suspension effect is enhanced, and the stability of the slurry is enhanced. The barrier rate increases; when the content of K-61 in the slurry reaches 4%, the UV barrier rate of the PVC film reaches the maximum 86%. For the 5# and 6# slurries whose grinding time is only 4h, the UV blocking rate of the PVC film prepared with them also increases with the increase of the dispersant content. It shows that increasing the content of dispersant and prolonging the grinding time are both effective methods to increase the UV blocking rate.
