How can we produce the highest quality PVC film
Our customers are very concerned that how we are able to produce the highest quality PVC film.
Below is the key part of formula.
1. Raw material: use the new Japanese PVC material, neither the new Chinese PVC, nor the recycled PVC.
2. Cold resistant: -40°C
3. Yellow resistant: D65 standard, with 4-5 grade.
4. High temperature resistant: Dry environment 100°C and Humid environment 70°C.
5. Scratch resistant: 1.5N, attached video is the easy way to test.
6. Water-base ink printing: eco-friendly standard, not oil-ink printing.
Besides the aboved part, there are other parts as well. And let's talk about them in next chapter.
